Brian Eastwood - White Cloud's New Black Belt.

The grading this sunday mornig was special for numerous reasons, the first being that for the first time in the Academy's history a class was graded on their skill with a Da Dao.
The Chinese MIlitary sabre was taught for the first time last summer and now, after just over of a year of training later the class were ready to demonstrate a form that very other few people will ever know. And all performed superbly.
This was also the day that saw Brian Eastwood finally join the other White Cloud instructors as the academy's newest Black Belt; and Alan Williamson reach the rank of 3rd Dan.
Well done to everyone on their respective achievements and good luck to Brian as he moves out to the front of the class.
